2 Oopsie Rolls2 Strips of Bacon1 Egg1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded1 Slice Provalone Cheese1/2 Tbsp Mayo
Fry the bacon until crispy, drain on paper towels.
Beat together the egg and heavy cream, season with Salt & Pepper
Make an omelet with the egg mixture- adding in the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Cook until desired doneness. Fold over.
Spread Mayo on both Oopsie Rolls. On one of the Oopsie rolls, add the folded omelet, slice of provalone, and bacon strips. Top with the remaining Oopsie.
