Oatmeal Pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal1/2 cup egg substitute1/4 cup sugar free syrupvanilla - if desiredcinnamon - if desired
Directions
Put oatmeal in a small bowl.
Add egg substitute.
*Add cinnamon and/or vanilla if you desire.
Stir.
Let sit a minute or two.
Spray small pan with cooking spray.
Heat to medium.
Add oatmeal mixture.
Pat down to form a pancake.
Cook 4 minutes on 1 side.
Cook 2 minutes on the other side.

Place pancake on plate.
Add syrup.
Enjoy!!!!!
