Ingredients
1 pgk. (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Fat Free, soften3 cups Non fat milk2 pkg. (3.4oz each) Jello vannila sugur free instant pudding1 tup (8 oz) *Cool Whip Lite topping,thawed, divided48 *Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers 1/2 cup brewed Decaffeinated Coffee2 Squares Bakers bitter sweet chocolate, grated1 cup fresh Raspberries,
Directions
Makes 16 servings

1. Beat cream cheese until creamy. gradually beat in the milk and pudding mixes. Stir in 2 cups Cool Whip.
2. Line 21/2-qt. bowl with 24 wafers; drizzle with 1/4 cup coffee.
3. Top with half of the pudding mixture and half of the chocolate. Repeat layers, starting with wafers.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and raspberries. Refrigerate 2 hours

    I made this for New Years Eve and I can't wait to try it. Although I made individual cups in cupcake papers to help with portion control, I was able to make 24 servings instead of 16. I then just put a dab of whipped cream on top of each one and put the berry in the middle. - 12/31/08
