* Wild Rice, 1 cup * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed, chopped * Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, small, chopped * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
*Olive Oil, 2 tbsp and two cups of water with 1 cup Wild Rice in base pan, chicken in first layer of steamer with veggies. steam for 30 mints.
