Ingredients: Stove Top Whole Wheat Chicken flavor-dry, 1 box Smart Balance Light 1.5 tbsp Celery, raw, .5 cup, dicedGreen Peppers, 0.5 cup, chopped *Jimmy Dean Sausage (cooked), 6 oz Martha White cornbread mix-dry, 184 gram(s)Chicken Broth, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (
Directions
Prepare Martha White cornbread per instructions, but use chicken broth/stock instead of water.

Prepare Stove Top Whole Wheat per instructions, again, using chicken broth/stock instead of water and Smart Balance Light rather than butter. Chope celery and add to the stock.

Cook, drain and rinse a 1 lb package of breakfast sausage (yields about 6 - 8 oz. cooked product). Toss bell peppers into the sausage and cook for a few minutes.

Once corn bread mix is baked, add it to the Stove Top mix, along with the sausage and peppers. Use any left over stock to moisten.
