Zucchini Bake w/ Ground Turkey

Ingredients
! lb Ground Turkey3 cups sliced Zucchini2 cans Tomatoes (drained)3 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)I medium Onion (chopped)2 tbsp fresh Basil (chopped)
Directions
Makes 6 servings:
Cut Zucchini in 1/2 in thick slices and line bottom of cooking sprayed casserole dish.
Brown Ground Turkey in med skillet. Add Onions, Garlic, and drained Tomatoes. Pour mixture over Zucchini and bake for 1hr at 350 deg. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top at last 10 min if desired.
