Raw Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
1 bell pepper, diced1 onion, diced1 c. cauliflower, diced1 c. broccoli, diced1 cucumber, peeled and diced
Directions
Mix all raw vegetables together. Add 2-3 T. fat-free Italian dressing. Let marinate overnight.
