Refrigerator Fruitcake

Ingredients
2 cups sweetened coconut2 cups pecans, chopped1 cup dried cherries (or dried cranberries).5 cup dried apricots.25 cup dried figs14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk12 ounce box vanilla wafers, finely crushed
Directions
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix very well. Roll into a loaf and wrap in waxed paper. (Recipe can be doubled and then stuffed into the vanilla wafer box!) Chill for at least 24 hours.

This recipe is very rich and a little goes a long way. It's really good when paired with ambrosia fruit salad.
