home made pizza and bruchetta topping

Ingredients
2 cups canned (tinned) plum tomatoespinch of sugar to bring out the best taste
Directions
chop the tomatoes , add a pinch sugar
bring to boil in a pan and leave to simmer until thicker (reduced down)


serve on toated bruchetta or pitta bread or as a pizza topping (add cals for bread extra according to your choice)
