Directions
Use prepared & cooled recipes in my Make Ahead cookbook for:
Mushroom Sauce & for Angel Hair Pasta [2 servings]
Weigh 6 oz of diced ham.
Line Pyrex Pie plate with foil. Spray with Canola spray. Add the Angel Hair & Ham. Mix well to distribute. Add the Mushroom sauce, and stir well to distribute. I like to use tongs to do this. Arrange mixture so that it climbs the side of the pie plate and is more shallow at the center.
Add the cooled saute'd veggies to the center area. Top with choice of cheese.
Wrap well in foil. Freeze.
when frozen hard, remove from Pyrex pie plate & over wrap or place in plastic zip-lock bag. Label with directions to prepare.

Remove from freezer, remove foil & thaw in refrigerator for 24 hours in the Pyrex pie plate that has been sprayed with Canola oil. [cover in the refrigerator.]
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Check that it is heated through.

Can multiply recipe by 4 and bake in a 13x9x2 pan.

Can't figure out how a person is supposed to make this without the original recipe. Is it possible to post that as well? - 1/5/09
