Abs Diet Chicken a l'Orange

Ingredients
1 teaspoon olive oil2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate2 tablespoons soy sauce1/4 teaspoon powdered ginger1 sliced green onion1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Directions
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet. Add chicken and sear for 3 minutes per side. Add orange juice concentrate, soy sauce, and ginger stirring to mix. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Before serving top with green onion and almonds.
