Black Bean & Corn Relish

Ingredients
3 cans black beans, drained1 small bag frozen corn, thawed1 bunch cilantro, chopped1 red onion, chopped1 cup balsalmic vinegar1 cup olive oil
Directions
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Stir. The taste gets better as it sits, I usually make it the day before I want to serve it. Sometimes you may need to add more balsalmic or olive oil based on taste.
