Ingredients
1c cooked cauliflower-until pretty soft1-2 tsp chicken broth or prepared boullion1 tsp Butter flavored spray(Smart balence or I can't believe it's not butter)1/4tsp garlic powdersalt & fresh ground pepper to taste* I actually use 1/4 tsp Paula Deen House Seasoning (PDHS) instead of the salt pepper & garlic powder, but the three work if you can't find PDHS.
Directions
Throw all ingredients into a blender (high speed) or food processor. Process to desired consistency
