4 whole yams1/2 cup brown sugar4 T I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spreadCinnamonNutmeg1/2 C pecans2C mini marshmallows
Bake yams 1 hour or until soft, cut in half and remove inside with a spoon, place in bowl and stir until smooth.
Add brown sugar, butter spread, cinnamon, nutmeg to taste.
Spread pecans evenly in bottom of 8x8 square dish.
Spread yam mixture evenly on top of pecans.
Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top of yams.
Bake 350 degrees until marshmallows golden brown.
