Grilled Salmon with Rosemary

1 pound salmon2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil2 tsp fresh lemon juice1/4 tsp saltpinch of ground black pepper2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp dried, crushed rosemarycapers (optional)
Divide salmon into 4 equal parts
combine oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary in a bowl. Brush mixture on fish.
Broil (spray rack with cooking spray) 4" from heat for 4-6 minutes. Turn if fish is more than 1" thick.
Serve with capers if desired.
