Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 6 oz pouch of pink Salmon1/4 c finely chopped green onions1/4 c mayonnaise1 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice1/2 tsp. garlic powder and dash of ceyenne pepper or black pepper1/3 cup finley chopped red bell pepper1 egg, beaten1 c seaonsed bread crumbs3 TBSP butter1/4 tsp. season salt or old bay
Directions
Combine first seven ingredients in bowl.Stir in Chicken of the Sea Salmon, egg and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. Form mixture into 4 balls. Roll salmon balls in remaining breadcrumbs; flatten into cakes about 1/2 inch thick. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry 3 to 4 minutes or unitl golden brown.
