Dairy Free Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
2 oz whole wheat pasta (I used mini penne)Cheese Sauce:1/2 medium onion, chopped1 garlic clove, minced3/4 cup water1/2 tsp yellow mustard2 tbsp pine nuts1/2 tsp Bragg's (or soy sauce)1/4 tsp miso1/2 tsp chili powder1/8 tsp cayenne pepper3 tbsp nutritional yeast1/2 tsp tumeric (you can use less, I just like it)1 tbsp chickpea floura few grinds of fresh pepper*optional, but included in my nutritional information*1 cup frozen broccoli1/8 log of Seitan O' Greatness2 tbsp whole wheat panko breadcrumbs1 tsp parsley1/4 tsp curry powderpinch cayenne1/8 tsp garlic powder1/8 tsp onion powder *note about seitan*There are tons of different variations. I use this recipe: https://www.postpunkkitchen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=15959&p=1. The calories for the seitan that I use for this recipe was 150 calories and 20g protein. You could definitely leave out the seitan and double the broccoli if that is not your thing, but I love seitan.
