Crockpot Lentils and Rice

Ingredients
Brown rice (2 cups)Lentils (2 cups)Vegetable stock (3 cups)Vegetable broth (2 cups)Baby lima beans (2/3 cup)Carrots (3)Garlic powder (1 tsp)Oregano (1 tsp)
Directions
Peel carrots and cut into chunks of desired size. Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low for 7.5 hours. Makes 4 servings.
