Chicken Soup

Ingredients
* Chicken Thigh, 1 thigh, bone and skin removed * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia) * Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup * Green Beans (snap), 2 cup * Beans, white, 1 cup * Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot * Turnips, 1 medium * 1 large onion (for the stock) * water
Directions
-- soak the white beans for 6-12 hrs
-- boil the white beans for 1.5 hrs
-- in a pan put water, the onion cut into wedges, the tomato (also cut into wedges) and the chicken thigh (skin removed) to boil for 1/2 hr
-- when the chicken is boiled, take it out along wt the onion and tomato then then add the veggies and the white beans to the stock
-- boil for 1/2 hr
-- serves 3-4
