Quick drop biscuits

Ingredients
1 cup unbleached flour2/3 cup whole wheat flour1 T. baking powder1/2 t. salt2/3 cup plain soy milk1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
Mix dry ingredients together in large bowl. In small bowl mix milk and oil together and pour into flour mixture. Mix just until the batter pull away from the sides of the bowl. Batter will be thick and sticky.
Using two spoons, scoop batter onto ungreased cookie sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 8 minutes or until browned.
