Rolled Steaks

Ingredients
10 thin steaks option round Steaks 1/8in Beef broth 1/2 cup1 large Dill pickle ( diced in very small)Bacon 1/2 lb diced fineonion 1 sm or med dice fine1 bag bread ( cut off crust, diced in cubes)3 eggsmushrooms ( any kind) salt and pepperAju Gravy Sauce MixThymetooth picks
Directions
1. Put bacon in pan diced up cook till fat renders off, drain off grease.
2. Meanwhile dice up bread in cubes ( cut off crust) put aside in large bowl.
3. Dice up pickle, add to bowl with bread ( add 1 T of pickle juice)
4. Add cooked bacon
5. Add 2.5 T of Thylme (add to your liking)
6. Add 3 eggs

Mix well with hands, add salt and pepper to taste.
Always taste food before adding salt or pepper, you can always add more not take away.
Preheat oven at 375
Lay piece of meat 1/8 in thick on cutting board or flat surface. Put a fair amount of stuffing in middle of meat and roll up on each side and close with toothpick so stuffing does not fall out.

You should get 20 rolled steaks. Put 1/2 cup of beef broth in bottom of baking dish. Put steaks in baking dish. cook for 30 mins check when they have been cooking for 20 mins oven times vary depending on meat oven.

Serve with your own homemade gravy, or a pack of Aju Gravy sauce. For a more savy dish, cook mushrooms sliced ( any kind) in pan with 1 T of butter till soft and they have given off there juices.

Add pack of Aju Gravy mix sauce cook and let sauce simmer for 5 mins. Spoon over meat and serve. Along with this dish you can make mashed potatoes or a veggie. Enjoy!
