Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour2 1/2 cups oat bran1 cup wheat bran1 1/2 cups turbinado sugar (sub granulated sugar if you like)2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda1/2 cup vegetable oil2 eggs2 cups buttermilk2 teaspoons vanilla 2 cans (14 0z)pumpkin1 package (11.5 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Whisk together whole wheat flour, oat bran, wheat bran, turbinado sugar, and baking soda.
In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Combine oil mixture and pumpkin (all at once) with dry ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
Spoon into lightly greased standard muffin cups. Fill nearly to brim of muffin cup.
Makes 42 standard sized muffins.
