Slow Cooker 3 Bean Turkey Stew

Ingredients
1 15oz. can kidney beans1 15oz. can canellini beans1 15oz. can garbanzo beans1 28 oz cans crushed plum tomatoes2 cups thinly sliced onions1 cup escarole1 small diced jalepeno3 Tbsp. chopped parsley1 Tbsp. lime juice1/2 tsp. ground pepper1/4 tsp. sea salt1 lb. 99% lean ground turkey
Directions
Makes 12 servings

Drain and rinse beans.
Combine with all ingredients EXCEPT turkey in the crock pot until well combined.
Separate turkey over stew and then combine again.
Cover and heat on high for 4 hours or low for 8.
