Ingredients

1 green bell pepper (chopped)1 Sweet Onion (chopped)2 Carrots (chopped)2 Tomatos (Chopped)10 tablespoons of Light Italian Dressing 5 slices of Swiss CheeseLoaf of Italian Bread
Step 1- Clean and Chop the veggies into very small peices and mix in a bowl
Step 2- Once all the veggies are chopped and mixed add the Italian dressing.
(let stand)
Step 3- Broil one side of the bread. When that side is toasted take the bread out of the oven and put a slice of swiss on the untoased side. Then with the cheese side up put it under the broiler.
Step 4- Once the cheese in nice and melted take the bread out of the oven place on a plate put the veggie mixture on the bread and serve with no top so your just eating the one slice with veggies!
