Brazilian Beans

Ingredients
16oz bag Pinto Beans1 ham hock1lb Turkey Smoked Sausage1-2 tomatoes, chopped1 green bell pepper, chopped1 med onion, chopped2 tbsp minced garlic2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Soak beans in water overnight

Saute tomatoes, onion, and bell pepper in olive oil.
Cook Smoked Sausage until browned.
Add beans to crock pot and barely cover with water. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low 8-10 hours

Serve over rice
