Skinny Molasses Bread

Ingredients
2 Cups whole wheat flour1 Cup all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/2 Cup molasses1/2 Cup Spenda1 1/2 Cups skim (fat free) milk
Directions
Makes 1 loaf, 12 servings
Mix together flours, baking soda and salt. Add molasses and sugar, mix well to combine. Add milk. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan (or just use the cooking spray with flour added). Bake for 1 hour at 325.
