Egg Stir-Fry (Core)

Ingredients
1 tsp Canola Oil, 1 1tsp 1/4 c Onions, raw1 c Red Bell Peppers1 c fresh Broccoli florets, chopped1/2 c fat free Egg substitute1/4 TB *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce1 Oranges
Directions
Heat oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion, red bell pepper and chopped broccoli. Stir fry 4 minutes or until onion is softened and lightly browned. Add 1/2 c egg substitute. Serve with light soy sauce on the side.

Serve with sliced oranges.
