Turkey Hashbrown Casserole

1 pound ground turkey1 10.4 ounce can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup1 package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns1 Cup Diced Onions1 diced garlic clove1/2 Cup Milk1 Large egg2 cups frozen peas1 cup Shredded 2% Cheddar Cheese1 tsp Salt1 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Brown Turkey, drain.
Combine soup, milk and egg in bowl. Add salt, pepper, onion, garlic, hash browns, peas and turkey.
Empty into baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
Bake, covered with foil for 25 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve with sour cream. (not in nutritional information).
