Sicilian Style Potato Gratin

Ingredients
1 garlic clove, halved4 T, divided2 c chopped onionscoarse kosher salt2 1/4 lbs russet potates, peeled and thinly sliced8 T grated Kraft three cheese blend2 c fat free chicken broth, low sodium
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degree F, rub 13 x 9 x 2 glass baking dish with cut side of garlic, then brush dish with olive oil. Heat 2 T olive oil in large skillet over med heat, add onions, sprinkle with salt. Saute until soft and beginning to brown, stir frequently, about 13 minutes. Arrange 1/3 of the potatoes in an even layer in prepared dish. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper. Scatter 1/2 of onions and 2 T cheese blend over the potatoes. Repeat layering with 1/2 of remaining potatoes, remaining onions, 2T of cheese blend, salt and pepper. Drizzle with 1 T olive oil. Arrange remaining potato slices, sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper. Drizzle with remaining olive oil. Pour chicken broth over potatoes, press potatoes down firmly to compact gratin. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour 20 min or tender. Uncover, Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered 15 min. Let stand 10 min before serving.
