Quick Cabbage Masala

1 large head of cabbage, thinly sliced 1 tbsp olive oil2 cups of water (or as needed)1 jar Trader Joe's Masala Simmer Sauce1/2 cup frozen peas
1. Chop cabbage and sautee covered in Very Large Sautee pan with 1 cup of water until soft (10 minutes).
2. Add sauce and swish jar with water, add to cabbage. Add frozen peas. Cook until sauce is evenly distributed and liquid is gone.
1 serving = 1/6 of recipe or 1/3 of a plate. 1 cup? 1.5 cups?
