4 cups red seedless grapes - chopped in half4 cups grape tomatoes - chopped in half1 orange or yellow bell pepper - chopped1 red bell pepper - chopped1 small red onion - chopped finely1 tsp dried basil3 tbsp red wine vinegar1 tbsp + 1 tsp extra virgin olive oilsalt and pepper to taste
Combine all chopped ingredients. Add seasonings, vinegar and oil. Toss. Chill.
