2 - 3 oz pork chopssalt pepper and garlic powder to taste2 tsp olive oil1/2 medium onion2 stalks celery1 medium apple peeled cored and chopped1/2 cup apple juice (unsweetened)1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp poultry seasoning1/4 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste1/2 tsp corn starch1 tsp water1/2 cup mashed potatoes each1/2 cup green beans each
Season pork chops with salt pepper and garlic powder. Brown in heavy pan using olive oil. Remove chops from pan and brown onion, and celery in pan. Add apple, apple juice, cinnamon, garlic powder and poultry seasoning to pan cook approximately 15 min. Add pork back to sauce and cook an additional 15 min till vegetables and pork are done. Mix corn starch in 1 tsp water and mix into sauce to thicken it if needed. Serve with mashed potato and green beans.
