Taco Potatoes

Ingredients
12 oz ground sirloin12 oz ground turkey breast3/4 C taco sauce2 C diced fresh tomatoes1/2 C cheddar cheese4 red potatoes
Directions
1. Brown the beef and turkey together, add taco sauce.
2. Meanwhile, microwave potatoes until tender. Split open each potato and mash down flat.
3. Top each potato with 1/4 of meat mixture.
4. Add 1/2 C tomatoes to each potato.
5. Sprinkle 2T cheese on each potato.
6. Microwave about 1 minute, until cheese melts.
