Yellow squash (crooked neck) 8-10 of themOlive oilNutritional yeast flakesCorn mealOnion powderGarlic powderBill's Best Chik'nish SeasoningSalt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut squash into long slices or somewhat thick slices. Put squash in large baking dish and stir in oil. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to squash and oil mixture. Bake for 40 min. Makes 10 servings.
