Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
1/4 c Egg Beaters1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Dried Bread Crumbs1/4 c RF Parmesan Cheese16 oz Tyson Chicken Tenderloin
Directions
Flour in one bowl, Egg Beaters in one bowl, Bread Crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese with garlic powder and pepper to taste. Coat chicken with flour, then egg, then bread crumbs until well coated.

Heat oil on medium heat. After coating the chicken brown on each side then cover and cook over low/med heat turning to cook evenly (approx 20 minutes)
