Curry Squash

Ingredients
RaisinsSpaghetti SquashCurryCinnamononions
Directions
Cut squash in half and remove seeds

Boil squash in large covered pot for 20 minutes.

Dice onion.

Spray large wok with cooking spray

Place onion, curry, butter, raisins and cinnamon in wok. Add a bit of water to create thick sauce. Stir fry until onion is clear.

When squash is done cooking, remove squash from skin using a large tablespoon. Spoon squash into onion mixture. Stir fry until well coated.

Serve hot.

Options:
Salt & pepper to taste
Cayanne pepper to add some kick.
