Cheesy cream of cauliflower/broccoli soup

1/2 head of cauliflower cut upbunch of broccoli cut uponions dicedgarlic minced5 cups ofchicken broth1 can of fat free evaporated milk2 oz of velveeta cheese cubedoptional cheese to top off soup once served
Chop garlic, onions and saute in stock pot; add 5 cups of chicken broth; then cauliflower and broccoli; boil then simmer 20 min; take out 1/2 of veg and blend= return to pot, bring back to boil; then simmer; add velveeta and fat free evaporated milk and stir in; simmer for 10 min and serve; yummy
