Baked Maple Butternut Squash

~4 cups cubed fresh Butternut Squash~3 tbsp unsalted butter~1 tsp ground cinnamon~2 tbsp Succanat (organic cane sugar with a slight molasses flavor) or regular sugar~4 tbsp maple syrup~butter flavor non-stick cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt butter in large sauce pan over low-medium heat.
Add cinnamon and cane sugar. Stir well.
Add maple syrup. Stir and remove from heat.
Add butternut squash cubes to sauce pan and stir well to coat all cubes with syrup mixture.
Spray large rectangular glass casserole dish with butter flavor non-stick cooking spray.
Add coated squash and maple syrup mixture.
Cover with foil and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Uncover and continue to bake for about another 10 minutes to lightly brown tops of squash cubes.
Serve and enjoy!
