Beans & Rice Mexican Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground hamburger browned and drained1 pkg of taco seasoning1/2 cup water1 1/2 cups rice - cook according to pkg directions1 cup salsa1 - 15oz can of black beans1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Brown hamburger meat and add taco seasoning. Stir in water and let simmer. Cook rice according to package directions.
When rice is finished stir in meat, salsa and beans. Pour into a 9x13 casserole dish and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
Serve.
I like to top with some fat free sour cream and a little extra salsa
