Ingredients
8 cups Homemade Turkey Stock, (See Recipe on recipes.sparkpeople.com)24 oz. Roasted Turkey, Mixed Light & Dark Meats, Skin & Bone Removed before weighing3 cloves Garlic, put through a garlic press2-3 Onions, raw, medium (2-1/2" dia), coarsely chopped1 - 16 oz (453g) bag Frozen Green Beans, all styles, unprepared (I use my own home-prepared beans from last summer)1 - 16 oz (453g) bag Frozen Crinkle Cut Carrots1 - 28 oz bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables1 - 4 oz. can Mushrooms, Pieces & Stems, not dtained
Directions
Makes 12 - 1 cup servings

Throw all ingredients in a pot. Bring to boil and simmer until vegetables and nice and soft and stock is slightly reduced.

Tastes even better the next day.

Too much at once? Divide into indivual servings and freeze.
