Calabacines al curry (Curry Zuchini)

Ingredients
* Zucchini, 6 cup, sliced (remove) * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove) * agar agar, 0.5 tbsp (remove) * Milk, 3.25%, 3 cup (remove) * Curry powder, 2 tbsp (remove) * Pepper, black, 0.3 tsp (remove) * Chicken bouillon, 3 cube (remove) * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)* Oil
Directions
1.- Prepare all the ingredients and reserve.
2.- heat the pan in medium fire, add the oil and put the onion til is golden. (5 minutes aprox)
3.- Add the spices and the zucchini, mix for 5 minutes for impregnate them with the spices.
4.- Add the milk, the agar, adjust spicing if needed and bring it to boil mixing constantly, and let it boil for 3 minutes, its done, serve with rice or any other cereal you enjoy, quinoa is always a winner ^^

    Made this tonight for the family, everyone enjoyed it. Maybe it's a hold-over from the 70's but I had to serve this with raisins, coconut, and peanuts for topping. - 9/9/10
