Apple Bread

Ingredients
500 g apples (approx. 2 very large ones)1/2 cup chopped walnuts2 cups flour (white or whole grain)1 cup sugar (or less or sugar substitute)2 tsp vanilla extract1 tbsp baking powder1 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 320 degrees F.
Mix all the ingredients except apples and walnuts in a bowl (dough will be slightly crumbly).
Core and chop apples into small chunks.
Add apples and walnuts to dough.
Fill into a nonstick loaf pan.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
Makes a big (!) 9x5 loaf.
