Ham & Mushroom Omelet

Egg, fresh, 2 medium Milk, nonfat, .0625 cup Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), .0625 cup, diced Onions, raw, .12 cup, chopped Mushrooms, fresh, .12 cup, pieces or slices Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .12 cup, shredded
Directions
Saute onion & mushrooms with cooking spray
beat eggs with milk
heat eggs in omelet pan
add mushrooms & onions
top with 1/2 of cheese and fold eggs
Place on plate add rest of cheese
