Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
flour, 2 cbaking soda, 1/4 tspbaking powder, 1 1/2 tspsugar, 1 Tbspsalt, 1/2 tspeggs, 2 (separated)buttermilk, 1 3/4 ccanola oil, 2 1/2 Tbsp
Directions
Sift dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, buttermilk, and oil.
Combine the dry and liquid ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold whites into batter.
Cook as directed in waffle iron.
