Peanut Butter Tofu Pie

Ingredients
14 oz soft tofu1 cup creamy peanut butter3/4 cup sugar2 Tbsp soy milk2 tsp vanilla 1 graham cracker pie shell
Directions
1. Combine the tofu, peanut butter, sugar, soy milk, and vanilla in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Spoon into the pie shell.
3. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
