Low Carb Strawberry Congealed Salad

Ingredients
Kraft Jell-o Brand Sugar Free Low Calorie Gelatin Dessert (Jello), 1 box, Strawberry Pecans, 1 cup, chopped Sour Cream, 0.5 cup Strawberries, fresh, 1 cup, choppedCream Cheese, 4 oz Heavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup, whippedWater, tap, .75 cup (cold, mixed with cream)Water, 1 cup (boiling)
Directions
Boil 1 cup water & mix with jello gelatin mix, 1 box. Mix in pecans & strawberries. Add in heavy cream (1/4 cup) mixed with 3/4 cup cold water. Refrigerate & allow to "jel".

Mix softened cream cheese with 1 cup sour cream, with a wire whisk. I like to add splenda to taste (to sweeten the topping). After well mixed, smooth over top of salad.
