Ingredients
3/4 cup Margarine1/2 cup Flour1 Can Tuna1 Box Cream Cheese1 Box Macaroni Noodles, Cooked2 1/2 cups 2% Milk1 Can Peas1 1/2 cups Mozerella1 Sleeve Ritz Crackers
Directions
Use 1/2 C. margarine, flour, and milk to make white sauce. Add cream cheese and tuna. Cook til cheese is melted. Mix with cooked macaroni. Put half in baking dish. Cover with 1 Cup mozerella and peas. Top with remaining mix. Cover with remaining cheese and Ritz crackers. Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, til crackers are browned. Makes 12 servings.

    The sauce seemed a bit gritty (something I've noticed with cream cheese white sauces). Other than that, it turned out pretty good. If I made it again I think I'd make a different white sauce. - 5/22/11

    East..Taste , A Tuna Lover dish..Salad on the side with a piece of fruit. I may try to reduce the salt some...for my diet needs to have a low salt. - 5/20/11

    I used sour cream and only about 1/2 cup milk. Also put french fried onions on top. Very very good - 12/1/10
