Ingredients
32 oz. Half and Half Cream2 pkgs. (8oz.) Cream Cheese4 tbsp. Butter (salted)8 oz. Parmesan Cheese (grated)1 tsp. Parsley (dried)1 tsp. Garlic (dried)
Directions

You can modify this recipe by substituting to low-fat items.

In a large covered skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add all ingredients except parmesan cheese into large skillet. Break apart cream cheese with wisk, stir slowly. Cover and simmer on low heat. Every few minutes, gently stir. Once cream cheese has melted and blended fully, add 8oz. parmesan cheese and slowly whisk until blended. Continue to simmer slowly for 12-15 minutes. Remove from heat, sauce will thicken slightly as it cools. Either use immediately and pour over al dente pasta or use in you favorite recipe. Enjoy!
