Ingredients
10 large eggs1.5 cup light mayo.66 cup canola oiltsp cayennetsp white peppertbsp salt20 cups ( 4LBS) frozen cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots1 cup minced onion1 cup minced celery
Directions
preheat at 425F. Bake for 30 mins. lower temp to 350F and bake for another 60 mins or until firm in center and slightly crispy and golden .do not defrost the veggies as this will decrease the cooking time and liquid content.

    The bread crumbs are mixed right in. They lend a smoother texture, while still keeping it parve.It 's not particularlly dietetic, but at least you will know now how many calories are in a serving. I hope you like it.
