Vegetarian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 breasts of Chicken Breast substitute or tofurkey cubed- 2 stalks (or about a 1/4th of a cup) of Celery- 1/2 an onion- 2 stalks of green onion- 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream- 1/2 cup miracle whip or mayo- 5 stalks fresh baby dill- a 2.5 oz bag of almonds, sliveredoptional:- 1/2 a haas Avocado - 2 strips of morningstar farms veggie bacon chopped- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
Directions
Prepare fake chicken as recommended on box, set aside to cool. Cut all your veggies. In a bowl add your sour cream to your mayo. Mix in veggies, dill and almonds. Cube the "chicken" and add it to the rest of the ingredients.
